Welcome to our recurring office hours for OR Unplugged! We meet on the first and third Wednesday of each month from noon to 1 PM PST. If that time doesn't work for you - don't worry! Send us an email at ORunplugged@proton.me and we can meet with you at a time that works for you. Bring your questions, concerns, passion projects, and spots where you might need a hand! We also wouldn't say no if you brought a friend :)

Missed The High School Balance Challenge this winter? Want to find ways to bring balance into your life? This competition will give you the opportunity to learn how to block those distracting apps on your phone and participate in new activities in real life! Sign up now that you are interested and we will keep you updated about our plans for the FALL BALANCE CHALLENGE! Teens will be asked to form teams of five (ask your friends or classmates to participate with you). The dates are placeholders for now. More details will be finalized this summer! We are also looking for Balance Challenge Ambassadors from local schools. Students who would like to help plan and organize the Balance Challenge can sign up at the link below.
