Tech Leap Year is a milestone initiative designed to support children at the pivotal moment when the community norm has established that their access to personal technology should increase, often as they transition from elementary to middle school and/or from middle to high school. During this unique window, parents have an opportunity to proactively shift established community norms from following the status quo to creating a new conversation.
