Get startedEveryone's trying to parent through this alone. That's the trap.
Tech reshaped how kids sleep, focus, socialize, and play in less than a generation. You're expected to help them navigate it, and everyone around you is just hoping it'll be fine.
It's time for parents to define what should be normal, together.

Our Mission
“We make collective action possible for parents — with the tools, language, and support to push back on tech's influence and rebuild what childhood should be.”
Four Norms is the infrastructure. The movement is built by parents like you, school district by school district, community by community.
FAQ
This is new for a lot of us. Here's what most parents want to know before they start:
Is this just for "no-tech" or screen-free families?
Not at all. This is for anyone who wants more intentional tech use — not perfection. You'll find families making all kinds of shifts, together.
Do I need a group to get started?
Nope. You can start solo and use the tools to invite one or two other parents. In fact, we have purpose-built tools to help you be that first person in your community.
What if I'm the only one in my school or town who cares about this?
You're probably not. Most parents feel alone at first — until someone says something. Four Norms helps you start that conversation and find your people.
How much does this cost?
The core platform is free for individual parents and local groups — no trial period or expiration date to worry about. The essentials will always stay free and accessible to local parent groups.
Coordinating multiple parent groups is a full-time job. We make it manageable.
Four Norms gives coalition leaders the infrastructure to align local groups, track progress across communities, and show funders and partners real momentum.
Push consistent strategy and messaging to every group in your coalition at once.
See which communities are active, what actions are being taken, and where to focus.
Turn your coalition's activity into a shareable report for funders, boards, and press.
