This competition will give you the opportunity to learn how to block those distracting apps on your phone and participate in new activities in real life! Sign up now that you are interested and we will keep you updated about our plans for the FALL BALANCE CHALLENGE! Teens will be asked to form teams of five (ask your friends or classmates to participate with you). The dates are placeholders for now. More details will be finalized this summer!
