Welcome to our recurring office hours for OR Unplugged!
We meet on the first and third Wednesday of each month from noon to 1 PM PST. If that time doesn't work for you - don't worry! Send us an email at ORunplugged@proton.me and we can meet with you at a time that works for you.
Bring your questions, concerns, passion projects, and spots where you might need a hand! We also wouldn't say no if you brought a friend :)

Get ready to dive in to our next read: Michaleen Doucleff's Dopamine Kids! In it, Doucleff offers readers a five-step guide to raising confident, happy kids while breaking the cycle of overdependence on screens and other sources of unnaturally high dopamine. Meetings will be held every other Friday (starting on April 10th) at 10am PST (1pm EST).
In this meeting we will cover chapter 6 + How to Build Sanctuaries.
