Tech Advisory Committees

Most districts don’t have a clear, current, community-informed way to think through their own technology direction — decisions get made department by department, often without anyone connecting healthy defaults, social media practices, grade-band device rules, and AI policy into a single, coherent picture. A TAC doesn’t need formal authority to close that gap; it just needs a standing seat and a real line to the Superintendent.
