The Balance Exchange is our monthly gathering where the entire team comes together to reconnect, realign, and recharge around our mission.
Each session is an open forum for sharing progress, exchanging ideas, and spotlighting the work happening across The Balance Project.
We use this time to:
- Review key initiatives and milestones
- Highlight stories from families, schools, and communities
- Surface challenges and crowdsource solutions
- Celebrate wins and strengthen team cohesion
