This is an informative easy read and was my Mindful Tech Lessons August adult book pick! Itโs a great summary of strategies for all families. Also available as an audiobook. Clare is lovely!
This is our first "Books and Beers" and at this event we can decide on the next book and next date/time that works best for those interested.
