Screen-Free Summer Meet-Up Series - Tuckahoe Creek Park
About these meet-ups
These are relaxed, screen-free meet-ups — a chance for the kids to run, climb, splash and explore outside while we connect as parents. There's no agenda and no RSVP needed beyond fournorms.com: pop in late, leave early, or stay the whole time, whatever your day allows. Every location is free. Bring water, sunscreen and a snack, dress for the weather, and new faces are always welcome — bring a friend!
An easy evening nature stroll on the boardwalk. This scenic wetland boardwalk (stroller-friendly) winds along the creek — perfect for spotting herons, turtles and fish, with a fishing dock and benches to pause at. It's a boardwalk and nature trail rather than a playground, so think explore-and-observe.
Good to know — Parking: trailhead lot off Ridgefield Pkwy / Lauderdale Dr. Restrooms: limited — go before you come. Tip: bring water, bug spray and maybe binoculars. Come when you can and stay as long as the evening's pleasant.
