Hold The Phone! & Some Beers is a traveling education series that partners with schools and parent communities to strengthen a shared line of defense for children’s mental health. Our programs reframe the current narrative around smartphones and social media—from inevitable to intentional—by offering practical, sustainable alternatives grounded in research and real-world experience.
Light bites provided. Cash bar. This is a kids-free event.

Anne Renga Weaver, LCSW, therapist, anxiety specialist, college social worker, and local parent of three who works at the intersection of mental health, parenting, and collective care.
