Massachusetts families: we urgently need your help. Reports indicate that Representative Lori Trahan may be negotiating federal AI legislation that could prevent states from creating and enforcing their own child safety protections online. This would make it harder for states like Massachusetts to respond to emerging harms involving AI, including addictive algorithms, deepfakes, exploitation, self-harm content, and manipulative chatbot interactions. Parents have seen what happens when technology moves faster than protections for children. States must retain the right to act. Please take 3 quick actions today: Call Rep.
