Our Mission

My mission as a teacher in the community is to champion screen-free childhoods by supporting families, schools, and communities in creating environments where children can thrive through real-world play, meaningful connection, and healthy development. We help raise awareness of how reducing screen use can support children’s ability to focus, engage deeply in learning, and build strong attention skills in the classroom. We also work to educate families about the risks associated with early exposure to social media — including pressure to compare, online safety concerns, and impacts on emotional well-being — and to offer healthier, developmentally appropriate alternatives. Through resources, community events, and advocacy, we strive to preserve childhood balance in an increasingly digital world.
