Welcome to reConnect Morton, Illinois! reConnect Morton is a community-driven group of parents, educators, and local partners dedicated to promoting play-based childhood experiences and reducing screen dependence. Through education, accessible resources, and community collaboration, we support healthy development and meaningful connection for children and families. Local child-friendly events, book clubs, screen-free activities and more will be shared here! Families who took the Wait Until 8th pledge in Morton are encouraged to join this non-social media platform in order to connect with other families in our community concerned about smartphone and social media use in childhood.
