Our Mission.

Welcome to reConnect Morton, Illinois! We are parents, caregivers, educators, and community members concerned about the impact technology has on our youth. This is a space where we can come together and connect over shared concerns, support one another and advocate for policies that support youth. Local child-friendly events, book clubs, screen-free activities and more will be shared here! Families who took the Wait Until 8th pledge in Morton are encouraged to join this non-social media platform in order to connect with other families and community members in our community concerned about smartphone and social media use in childhood.
