PASS KOSA: 119th Congress Coalition Letter

We need your organization’s support of the Kids Online Safety Act (S.1748), the most comprehensive child protection legislation in nearly 25 years.  

KOSA compels platforms to prioritize kids' safety, disable harmful algorithms for minors, strengthen safeguards for kids’ accounts, and require transparency of platforms’ data. This is common-sense reform to ensure children’s safety is not sacrificed for profit.
